1. Course Access and Format
All continuing education (CE) courses offered by California Dental Certifications are self-paced and delivered online. Each course includes reading material, video instruction (where applicable), and a final quiz to assess comprehension.
2. Quiz and Passing Requirements
Each course concludes with a multiple-choice quiz. A minimum passing score, set for that course, is required to earn CE credit. You may retake the quiz as many times as needed until a passing score is achieved.

4. Certificate Issuance
After you complete a course, our staff reviews and issues your Certificate of Completion. You will receive an email with a link to download your certificate once it has been issued. Each certificate includes your name, course title, completion date, credit hours, and provider number.
You have 30 days from the date your certificate is emailed to you to download it. After 30 days, the download link is removed and you will need to order a certificate duplication.
5. Record Retention and Verification
California Dental Certifications retains course completion records for five (5) years, as required by continuing education standards. You may request verification of past course completion at any time by contacting our office.
6. Provider Compliance
California Dental Certifications is an approved continuing education provider under the Dental Board of California and PACE. All CE courses meet the Dental Board of California’s and PACE’s requirements for license renewal. Our official Provider Number is included on every certificate issued.
