• Doors open at 10:00am-Dont be late (more than 15 minutes late is considered no-show).
• This is for students enrolled in Radiation Safety, Coronal Polish, or Pit & Fissure Sealant course that need a facility to complete the required patient care portion of the course.
• This fee is per day,(Fridays only) for use of the school facilities and supplies to complete the required patient portion.
• This is a non-refundable reservation. No refunds for no shows (more than 15 minutes late is considered no-show), or cancellations.
• The school and instructor will be available from 10am – 2pm, be prompt!. If you can not complete your patients within this time you will have to schedule a second date.
