Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is issued by California Dental Certifications LLC, a California limited liability company (“CDC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and applies to all courses, services, and digital products offered through dentalcertifications.com.

Refund Policy and Digital Product Disclosure

All courses, educational materials, online content, digital downloads, certificates, and continuing education programs provided by California Dental Certifications are digital educational products and services.

Due to the immediate access to proprietary educational content, all purchases are final. California Dental Certifications maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, or reimbursements will be issued once a course has been purchased, accessed, enrolled in, attended, downloaded, started, or completed.

No refunds will be provided for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • A participant’s licensing board, employer, credentialing agency, school, or regulatory authority does not accept the course or continuing education hours.
  • A participant fails to verify continuing education requirements before purchasing.
  • A participant is unable to complete the course.
  • A participant changes their mind after purchase.
  • A participant purchases the incorrect course.
  • A participant no longer needs the course or certification.
  • A participant fails an examination, assessment, or competency requirement.
  • A participant experiences changes in employment, licensing status, educational goals, personal circumstances, or regulatory requirements.

By purchasing any course, product, or service from California Dental Certifications, the participant acknowledges that they are purchasing a digital educational product, have had the opportunity to review course information prior to purchase, understand that all sales are final, and expressly waive any claim for a refund based upon continuing education acceptance, licensing requirements, employer requirements, or personal circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy and Fees

Failure to attend class on your scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the full tuition (no-show).

A rescheduling fee of $100 applies for the reasons listed below:

  • Class begins at 9:00 a.m. Doors will be closed at 9:15 a.m. and late entry will not be permitted.
  • If you are sick or arrive with symptoms such as flu, coughing, stuffy nose, hay fever, or allergies, you will be sent home to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Failure to wear OSHA-required top and bottom scrubs. Jeans and sweats are not acceptable.
  • Failure to wear OSHA-required closed-toe shoes. Crocs or gator-style shoes are acceptable if toes are fully covered.
  • Absence or tardiness due to family illness or death, unforeseen circumstances involving children, family or friends, automobile trouble, or traffic.

The $100 reschedule fee applies for the reasons listed above. Failure to attend on the scheduled class date without notification of any kind, or upon a second reschedule request, will result in forfeiture of the entire course enrollment payment. The student will have the opportunity to retake the course at full fee.

California Dental Certifications LLC reserves the right to reschedule classes with or without notice and will accommodate a new schedule within a reasonable timeframe.
