Responsibilities:
Assist dentists and specialists during general, periodontal, and endodontic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
Take and develop dental X-rays (per state regulations)
Record and update patient medical and dental histories
Provide excellent chairside support and patient education
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Follow all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
X-ray certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dental software (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
